I have received an incorrect, damaged, or faulty order
Take photos of the product in question and email the customer service team at fetch@nourishpetco.com.au with the details. The team will respond within 48 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
Nourish Pet Co. accepts MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal. When using PayPal, you will be taken to the PayPal website to log in and process payment, then redirected back to the store once the transaction is complete.
Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?

Why haven't I received an order confirmation email?
This usually happens if the email address was entered incorrectly at checkout, or if the confirmation landed in your spam folder. Check both. If you still can't locate it, email fetch@nourishpetco.com.au and we'll look up your order.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship across Australia, as well as internationally to a range of countries. International shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10.95. Express Post is available for $14.95. Free shipping is available on Australian orders over $110. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed by 1 pm AEST are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Australia. During peak & sale periods, allow a little extra time. Express Post is available if you need it sooner.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship via Australia Post & Aramex for domestic orders. International shipping carriers may vary by destination.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking reference. Use that reference to track your parcel at:

My tracking hasn't updated?
Tracking can occasionally take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch, particularly over weekends or public holidays. If your tracking hasn't moved after a few days, please email us at fetch@nourishpetco.com.au
My order arrived damaged?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please take photos of the damaged packaging and product. Email those photos along with your order number to fetch@nourishpetco.com.au and we'll sort it out for you promptly.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day Money Back Guarantee. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days from receiving your products to request a return. We'll issue a full store credit for the amount paid, minus shipping costs.

How do I request a return?

What if my dog doesn't like it?
No, our Money Back Guarantee covers cases where a product hasn't delivered the health or wellness results it's designed for. Returns based on a pet simply not taking to the taste, texture, or smell of a product are not covered. If your pet is being fussy, we're happy to share some tips to help with palatability, just email fetch@nourishpetco.com.au.
